Cancelling my Subscription

Hello AVG

Your 'Category' oddly does not provide a clear and simple direction to ' Cancellation' Why is this as obviously customers are going to want to do this from time to time and the other posts support this fact.

I can quickly see I am not the only customer struggling to follow AVG's instructions on cancelling their subscriptions.

AVG say 'this way for refunds and cancellations' you go there and the only word that features is 'refund'.

So you look further and it takes more time and you get nowhere which is hugely frustrating and makes the customer realise they are doing the right thing by leaving AVG.

I would appreciate an email, as this is a public forum and AVG have said they do not like to discuss subs in public. So an email would be helpful as I need to cancel the subscription as soon as possible, thank you AVG.
