Cancelling my subscription

I want to cancel my VPN subscription but every time i try a pop up shows up saying theres been a glitch, ive been trying to do it for the past half an hour and nothing works, I even tried chatting with online support, they said they cancellled it but it still is on, i just want to cancel the subscription
