My email from years ago has a 'short' id but got taken over by another company which has a 'long' id. The long one is an alias for the short one. I have cancelled the long one but I have received an email recently on the 'short' id saying an autorenewal will occur soon. How do I get away from this situation? I purchased a competitor protection last year.
