However, we have cancelled the auto renewal service for your AVG subscription.

I don’t want to renew my subscription as I no longer need it but have tried following instructions but failed.
I have gone in to my subscription but on the instructions it show an Unsubscribe button which does not show on mine. I am receiving emails requesting renewal and have tried finding a way to contact AVG but am unable to.
