Cancelling my subscription

Hello, Tom.
Thank you for reaching us here. We regret that your active subscriptions are not listed when you login to AVG MyAccount. However, we canceled the automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) from our end and assure you will not be charged for the renewal.

I do not wish to continue with my subscription.  It does not appear on my account so I cannot notify AVG about my intention to cancel and it will be automatically reinstated if I don't cancel it. Please sort this out for me.  Thanks.
