Cancelling my Subscriptions

Hi Midhun Aloor,

Thanks for getting back too me so you can 100% guarantee to me that after my trial period I will not be charged.

I have both Internet and Tune-Up installed. When I load them up and I go into Menu/My Subscriptions both of them say they are ACTIVE but I didn't put any codes in so i take it I dont have too put any codes in too get them to work.

Dear Sir or Madam, 

I've had AVG Antivirus FREE installed on my computer for some time and a couple of days ago, I received a pop-up AVG offer for 60 Days Free Trial with AVG Internet Security and I thought I would take up the offer and it was installed. I also took up the offer to have AVG Tune-up as well for 60 Days Free. I would like too know if I have installed both of them ok or do I have too input the Activation Codes and also, I will not be able too carry on with both of them after the 60 Days are up due too low funds. At the moment I cannot see any easy way too cancel any subscriptions from taking payments which I don't want to happen, in My Account it says subscription status Not Available and nowhere too choose the cancel subscriptions after 60 Days. I want to enjoy the free 60 days and then have them cancelled and then in the future I might get them when I have more funds to do so.

You can rest assured, as they won't be renewed and no amount will be taken from your account for their renewal.

To check this, please open your control panel & check if the AVG Internet Security & AVG TuneUp programs are installed on your computer.
If they are, please use the activation code which was sent to you at the time of subscription to activate them. Else, let us know, we'll help you with the installation & activation.

I have put in the activation code and it said SUCCESS however I am worried that it has activated a new period of payment. Am I still unsubscribed after the trial period after putting in the code.

Yes, Duncan. We assure you that once both your AVG Internet Security & AVG TuneUp trial subscriptions expire, you will not be charged for their renewal.
Regarding the activation of your AVG Internet Security & AVG TuneUp programs, we've sent you an email with further instructions.
