Hello,
I would appreciate being advised as to how to stop a payment coming out of my bank account?  I would like to stop using this AVG account - I have tried to unsubscribe, but am finding it difficult to cease this account.

I have previously paid for a full year and have not activated any of the subscription.  I would like to cancel the subscription and upcoming payment please.
