Cancelling PC Tune-up trial

I see that you have initiated the order for AVG TuneUp (30-day Trial) and you aren't able to cancel its subscription.
Unfortunately, there is a synchronization issue, hence it is not possible to cancel the subscription.

Hi, I've got to cancel my PC Tune-up trial, but it doesn't appear anywhere in my account or past products.
The chat people pointed me here, suggesting I just uninstall it, but that would not cancel my subscription and I'd get charged at the end of the trial. 
Any help would be appreciated. Ta.
