Cancelling seems impossible

Pls send me proof of the cancellation and REFUND. I have answered 2x that I do not want the product anymore. I am not tech savvy and I am uncomfortable fiddeling with software to get it to work. Ir should work first time!!!

I cannot send email when the  VPN is active. I want to cancel this 3 y subscription and be refunded as it doesn't work for me. How do I go about this?

I have processed refund for AVG Secure VPN subscription and I've sent an email about the refund confirmation.
