I buyed AVG Tune Up( june 2016) for 2 years and I want cancelling the subscribe now but I don't have the first e-mail with the link. Also when I am at Myaccount there is no key to cancell the subscribe. Nothing about that.
The license will be expired about 30 days but this is not pretty to do. There is no way to do this.
When I choose the 24/7 support key for the Netherlands (at 2:00 pm ) the answer is there is no support in your language. choose in another country btw UK or the USA . But how long and how many cost ??
I am very disappointed about this way of support.
Please help me to unsubscribe the license.
