Cancelling subscription that does not show in my account

We can easily cancel all your active AVG subscriptions from your AVG MyAccount. Unfortunately, we are not sure what exactly happening from your end. Please do not worry, we have cancelled the automatic renewal of all your active AVG subscriptions on your account. You will not be charged by AVG automatically in the future.  

How difficult is it to get an answer from AVG website when you need to cancel something.
The subscription I want t ?o cancel does not even show up in my account and when clicking
on "how to cancel etc"  takes you round in circles.
Online chat does not answer
