Cancelling subscription

Thank you for recent reply to my enquiry re subscription cancellation.
I followed your instructions re the refund form but I have a problem.
The email address I used for my original purchase no longer exists and I have no idea what the password was when I used it to purchase my VG product.AVG in any cae.
This means of course that I can't get into my order history to verify the last product that I bought and as I have uninstalled it I have no way of getting the version/number or other identification.
I certainly do not expect to pay out £49.99 for a product I don't require.
