Cancelling subscription

Hi Chris,

We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the AVG TuneUp subscription.
However, upon checking your account, we see that you've an active subscription of AVG Ultimate, valid till Dec 22, 2019.
Would you be so kind to let us know if you're looking to cancel that subscription?
If not, provide us the order/account details of AVG TuneUp through the email which we've sent to you. Reason being, it isn't recommended to share order details over this post.

i have received notice to renew my subscription for AVG TUNE UPbut do not wish to renew.
how do I cancel this- it’s due on the 8th December
