My subscription to Ultimate runs out in March and I received an email telling me I would be billed automatically for twice the amount I paid last year. I would like to cancel my subscription, but despite trying every which way to do this, none of the ways AVG suggests work, and online chat just cut out. Why do I always get the feeling that this is made deliberately difficult, so you'll give up?
