Cancelling subscription

I am trying to cancel my subscription which has expired as I don't need it anymore. All the instructions say go to 'manage subscriptions', but this is not coming up on my tile, just a renew button. 
This is really getting me angry - wasting time when it should be easy to cancel today.  I am worried that it will just renew automatically when my new c card arrives. This should not be allowed to happen. its making me feel very negative towards AVG, that I can't get in touch with support without paying. Please help me sort this out.
