I apparently pay a yearly subscription for AVG Antivirus (I don't remember signing up for this). I requested and got a refund last year but there's no way for me to cancel before the payment comes out this year. The subscription doesn't appear in 'My Subscriptions' section and it won't let me update my payment information. I've looked through all of the FAQ's but nothing seems to be working. I've also tried to call the contact us number (on different days/times) but there's no answer.
