Why do you make it so difficult for people to unsubscribe their subscription. I have gone through the account and it doesnt show a subscription but you have tried to take money through paypal. Sorry, I cannot afford the subscription of £50 plus per year which is too expensive. The payment failed but I do not want you retrying. Please cancel my subscription and dont attemp to take any more money. I do get annoyed because you purposely make it difficult for people to cancel which is dishonest. Something needs to be done about these sites that make it nearly impossible or very difficult to cancel subscriptions.
