Cancelling subscription

I no longer use AVG products but have been billed for a year's subscription for AVG Internet Security Unlimited starting June 30 2017. The money has already been taken out of my account. How do I get this money back as I find it impossible to cancel my subscription - the instructions are contradictory and make no sense to me at all. HELP 1
