Cancelling subscription

I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to cancel my subscription and each time I get to the cancel submit tab my computer freezes. Honestly, all I want to accomplish is getting this cancelled and my personal information removed from your records. I also want a charge made to my credit card on 11-2-18 for $64.10 refunded. This subscription was cancelled but still charged. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this complaint.
