Cancelling subscription

We request you not to provide the email address or any sensitive data on a public forum.
We couldn't find any active subscriptions under the *@.net.nz account.
The active subscription was found under the Gmail email address and the email that you received is for AVG Antivirus (1 Computer) (1 Year) license renewal.
As per your request, we have cancelled the auto renewal service for it and you will not be auto charged.
It is also enabled for AVG PC TuneUp (1 Computer) license. Do you wish to cancel it too?
The AVG MyAccount is not yet confirmed for the Gmail email address.
We have sent the confirmation email. If it is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
Once the account is confirmed, you should be able to log in using Gmail email address and check the subscription status.

I wish to cancel my subscription please as I no longer use my PC and no longer need AVG.  When logging into my account under old email (email address removed) it states I have no subscription, however have just received a renewal notice in my new mail (email address removed)
