I apologize to hear that you are unable to access My Subscriptions page. I have successfully disabled auto renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited and it will not renew further.
I have had several attempts in trying to cancel my subscrition. I was charged for last year although I did not down load your system. Please note that I DO NOT use AVG and do not wish to be charged for the coming year.
Cannot access "Subscription" section (responds with internal error) in my account. I wish to cancel subscription, existing licence expires on 20th August 2017.
