Hi
I am unable to use my computer any more due to having lost my eyesight. I am 93 now and have had to get my daughter to type this. I will be getting rid of my computer shortly and no longer need any of the AVG products I have signed up for, of which there are several. One has just auto renewed and taken £99.99 from my bank account. PLEASE may I have a refund of this one and please will you cancel any other products too.
