Cancelling subscrition

Hi Lindsay,
I apologize that your paid subscriptions did not show up on your AVG MyAccount. I have cancelled the auto renewal on your AVG Internet Security license and sent you an email confirmation. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder as well.

I have received a letter from AVG explaining that my next subscription has gone up & is nearly due. I would like to cancel this AVG Protection immediately.
In your letter it said to go to my account to cancel subscription - however I do not have an account.
Was then told to register for an account & cancel subscription there - however still told no subscription held.
May you please arrange to cancel immediately & I would like to receive a notification that it has been cancelled.
