I have had an amount taken off an old credit card for a subscription I had in 2015 which I can not see revewing in 2017 but now its automatically renewed in 2019 - the email went to an old email address so I didnt know until its hit the card. HOWEVER I already bought it again on a new email and new card in 2017 and renewed in sept 19
but in order to ask for a refund of the £88.99 off the old card, I need my email address (which they are emailing me at) but their refund website wont accept the email address
HOW can I stop something I dont have??? anyone else had this problem, ???
