Canel subscription, remove credit card

did you ever get a response from AVG? I am waiting for a refund - I have received an email saying the refund is on its way … and nothing

We acknowledge your refund request. Upon checking your account, we see that the trial subscription of AVG TuneUp has been renewed as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior the trial expires (which has been sent to you on 4/5/19). This email also contains instructions on how to cancel the subscription.
If you'd still like to cancel the subscription & get refunded, we do understand.

Regarding the credit card details, it cannot be removed as it is stored in our server, which can't be accessed by anyone. Instead, you can remove the data on your AVG account by raising a request through this link. This results in deletion of AVG account.

Hello, i would like to ask for help with my account. I cancel free subscription 2 months ago and today I received na e-mail with confirmation of purchase yearly subscription i didn’t want to. When i get to login on my avg account, i can’t see anything. So for the future how to remove my credit card, cancel subscription, that it will never charged me In 2020?

Unfortunately, when I browsing my mailbox I did not find any information about the pre-billing notification. So my cancellation of subscription from the panel of my account on the avg website is not enough for the subscription to be canceled? At this moment, I have neither my money nor the program in the my products tab. In that case, what should I do to get a refund?
