Cannot access Asus router after installing AVG

First, we need to find our which AVG component causing this issue. So, we request you to disable AVG components only by one and let us know which one causing it.

After installing AVG free, with enhanced firewall I can no longer access my routers login page. 
Return shows "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

Turning off the firewall temporarily makes no difference, and neither does installing the routers certificate.

Borrowed laptop, with standard Windows 11 anti-virus and firewall, is able to login to  the router?

Any ideas folks?
