Cannot access internet after renewal

  • How do you confirm that AVG Internet Security causing this Internet issue?
  • Have you tried to disable AVG components one by one and check the status? If not, please refer the link to check it. Temporarily disabling AVG AntiVirus protection (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Disable-AVG-Antivirus)

Today, I bought a P1 card in the Commissary at San Quentin State Prison in California. All was well in my phone's internet connection until it expired. Now when I try to access the internet, the following message appears:
"Error! Your plan has expired. You can renew by logging into "My Account" or purchasing another plan."
The second option does not exist. Nor is there an "account" for me to log into in order to purchase more time on my data plan. https://insta-fonts.com/cool-tumblr-texts-letters My next step is calling T-Mobile customer service to resolve this issue, but wanted to see if anyone here has encountered something similar and how they resolved it.

Hello all - renewed with AVG yesterday - rebooted laptop today and now I cannot get to google, facebook etc.  Amazon and ebay work fine - any ideas how to fix? thank you…
