Today, I bought a P1 card in the Commissary at San Quentin State Prison in California. All was well in my phone's internet connection until it expired. Now when I try to access the internet, the following message appears:
"Error! Your plan has expired. You can renew by logging into "My Account" or purchasing another plan."
The second option does not exist. Nor is there an "account" for me to log into in order to purchase more time on my data plan. https://insta-fonts.com/cool-tumblr-texts-letters My next step is calling T-Mobile customer service to resolve this issue, but wanted to see if anyone here has encountered something similar and how they resolved it.
