Cannot access Internet

Hello Tracy,

I understand that you are unable to access internet.

Please disable AVG temporarily on your computer and check if that fix the issue.

To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and you can see a scroll bar to "Disable Protection". Please click on the same to disable AVG Protection and check if you are able to access webpages.

This happened a few months ago as well, I can't remember if this was an avg issue? But suddenly I can't access the internet though chrome or explorer-? What am I doing wrong that these "drop off"?
