Cannot access my avg menu

Please let us know if you have ran AVG Remover tool after running AVG Clear.
If not, please click the below link to show steps to run AVG Clear and AVG Remover tool.

Try installing AVG Ultimate after running both tools again.

I cannot access my avg menu. I have done the following.

Completely uninstalled all of AVG with avgclear

Downloaded AVG_Ultimate_1827 from my AVG account online

Reinstalled AVG_Ultimate_1827

This first installed AVGFreeAntiVirus

Installed AVG_Ultimate_1827 again

This installed AVG Internet Security 19.8.3108

When I try to use the "My AVG" nothing happens. I need access to that menu so I can paste in my activation code.
