Cannot access my email after installing new modem and phone line repair

Not sure how to do that.

If you suspect AVG is causing this issue, then I request you to disable AVG Protection temporarily and check if you are able to access email.

New modem was installed and phone line short fixed by CenturyLink. Now I cannot access my email. Was suggested that i uninstall my AVG Internet Security???
