Cannot access settings in AVG Family Safety

Hi Alan,

Thank you for your response, which I appreciate. Just today I redownloaded AVG Family Safety and got it running on my computer. If they've stopped the AVG Family Safety program, why is it still running on my computer? I guess I'm a little bit confused about what's going on here. BTW, I had this same problem last year, but I can't remember how AVG fixed it.

Hi Everyone,

My problem is that I can't access my settings in AVG Family Safety so that I can change the settings although AVG Family Safety is currently running. I need to change the settings so that I can access some pages that I need for work. When I try to access AVG Family Safety from my desktop, I get an error message saying my user name or password is invalid. However, I just changed the password in my account online, so it seems that my user name and password should be valid. Also when I look under subscriptions on the AVG websites, it says that I don't have any subcriptions. However, under "order history" it shows that I did purchase a subscription. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
