We aren't sure to which email address you sent the screenshot.
Could you share the image here as requested earlier?

i've even reset again my password just if in case but not

Get into Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Management -> AVG Antivirus -> Tap Storage - clear cache & Clear data -> Force stop the app once.
Try logging into my.avg.com portal from the app and inform the status.
