Cannot Access VPN After Paying for Subscription

I recently purchased a 2 year subscription for AVG VPN to go along with my AVG Internet Security.  After I paid for my subscription, I cannot access my VPN subscription.  I tried the 60 day trial option, as recommended to another paid subscriber, and I still the same result.  How can I resolve this issue and get the full benefit from my subscription?
