Cannot turn anti spam button on

I cannot seem to upload my image here either?
Please someone help me!

Please note that you need to restart your PC once to activate the AVG Anti-Spam feature after you install it.
It should turn on automatically post PC restart. Regarding uploading an image, it is very simple. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
