I purchased a two year unlimited subscription but it will not activate with my account. I'm still getting messages that I have pro for 30 days. This occurs both on my PC and phone device. How can this be corrected??
It is on the Internet Security on the Zen screen. It says today I have 29 days left but I paid for two years.
