I do understand the inconvenience you have faced, I will help you configure AVG password protection. Please share the screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of AVG management console (AVG Zen) interface to assist you further. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Its purchased but my AVG Internet Security from the Desktop still does not show it as enabled, keeps asking me to buy it?

I've done as instructed, clicked on the connect and entered my details but Password protect is still not activated? See below screenshot, it still asks me to buy it again? Please advisestill not linked

Hello Andrei,

Thank you for providing the screenshot. Please click on "Home button" in the AVG Internet Security window. This will open AVG dashboard, at the top right corner, you can either see your email address or connect option. Please click on your email address, select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount. After you sign in to your account, please check if the AVG Password Protection gets activated.
