My free trial has expired, so I purchased the product via the 'Buy now' button. I paid for it, received an invoice, confirmed my email and I had a message stating my account was now active. However, when I attempt to log on, I get a message saying "access denied on this server". My invoice number is 3602718070. Please can you tell me how to activate the product I've just purchased as I can't even log in at the moment?
