Cannot be allowed to unsubscribe from my trial period

As an AVG customer I received an email from you regarding an offer for a VPN trial. I entered into an agreement for a 60-day trial period: This period ends on september the 13, 2024 and I WILL NOT 
continue but need your helo to end the trial period. Your system apparently won't let me do this, and every time I try I get this message: Sorry, there's been a glitch. Please try again later. If the problem continues, contact support. It seems very mysterious.

Would you please help me and cancel my trial period for me?. I DO NOT want to hang on to a subscription because your system won't unsubscribe me, so please help me here. I can mail you the needed informations.
I can email you the necessary information such as order number and so on if you will write to me on my email.
It's hard to find any help anywhere on your website and you are just thrown around and around without getting finding any person. It's really bad and disappointing.

I currently have a 5-year subscription to AVG.
