Cannot cancel my policy

Not a happy customer in fact fuming …I’ve asked you to cancel my policy which i do not want & it won’t let me cancel it myself Which I’ve asked you to do For me …where do I go from here I took it out yesterday paid with PayPal and tried to cancel it yesterday …so what’s the problem …Infuriating
