I have been trying to cancel my subscription for two days, but I haven’t received any response from support. My case number is #22870726.

Can someone from the support team check my case and confirm my subscription cancellation?

I unsubscripts months ago and they still ignore my emails and charging me. the AVG support are a joke and scammers

Take proof via screenshots and contact your payment provider in advance notifying them there is no way to cancel and that you have not received a response.
