Actually - yes. I do not know why, but in Google Chrome or Internet Explorer I could not change password. In Safari I can.

Use the link provided in the email and then reset your password.

Beigo, do you mean that using Safari browser you were able to reset the password and log into AVG my account successfully?
I try to change my password in "AVG MyAccount login", but always receive answer: "We are unable to change your password at the moment. Please try again later.". But later result is the same
P.S. E-mail address I changed without any problems.
