Cannot connect AVG Cleaner for Mac to AVG MyAccount

I would like to inform you that AVG Zen app has been discontinued and it is no longer possible to connect the devices which are installed with AVG apps in a network and manage the apps remotely.

AVG Cleaner for Mac is available for free and the features remain same irrespective of connecting it to AVG MyAccount. So I would request you to use it without logging in.

You didn't really answer the question.  I cannot log into AVG Cleaner for Mac either, even though everything says I need to.  I can connect to AVG online and AVG Tune-Up Unlimited.  I am not wanting to do anything remotely.  I just want the app to work on my computer.

I have an AVG MyAccount and have been able to access it using both my Mac and PC.
I installed AVG Cleaner for Mac yesterday and attempted to connect it to my account but the password wasn't accepted.
I then sent a request to reset the password but have not received a message in my Inbox.
Please advise.
