Hei!
I have a big problem. I cannot come on The Internet.
I have a Desk top (luckily I have a laptop too).
The laptop has a wireless conection on the same nettwork.
I was linked to my ruter/modem via cable.
I took out the ethernet-cable, because I would see if my Wifi adapter
Could substitute for the ethernet conection and give me internet too.
I had a Netgear Wifiadapter on my Desktop too.
Unfortunately I couldnot come on Internet after that.
I made a network diagnostic (Windows 10) and I was told that the DNS server
Does not respond.
I used Google Chrome. Its the same with Windows Edge.
I was running AVG VPN and my position was Norway/Oslo.
I open the program and my position show nothing. Only …………
And my IP adress the same, as the virtuell IP adress ,only …………
They were lost .
I was suggested to run a diagnosis and it came up with an ERROR CODE 8A6ECM,
I should send this to AVG.support.com.
But how do I come in contact with AVG Support?
I have tried but I get ‘’Chat is not available’’. Why?
I looked at AVG support side and what you can do when you loose Internet connection.
They suggested that I could try to uninstalled the program.
And after that reinstall.
I did but nothing changed. Now I am stuck.
I cannot installed the program again because I cannot connect to the DNS server.
The DNS server cannot read my IP adress.
Please give me help about this problem.
Maybe I most make a new Installation of my Windows 10.
I use Mesh Wifi Network in my house.
Its 3 units. One is linked to my Router/Modem with a cable.
If it is of any interest.
