Cannot connect to my device in My AVG

Hi Simon,
Do you mean you are able to access the Android device's information connected in Zen network when logged in with your wife's email address and it does not work when you login using yours? If you are a paid user of AVG, may I know under whose email address the paid subscription is registered?

Once logged in on My AVG, I can see my device with a green shield symbol, but when I click on it, I get following error message: "WE ARE SORRY, BUT DETAILED INFORMATION FOR DEVICE LG-K500N IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE."  I can however access my wife's device if log in with her name, so this is not pc related. Thanks in advance for your help!

The problem is solved now, but I don't know why...  

It have the free version of AVG Antivirus installed.
