Cannot Connect to POP3 Server

AVG 18.8.3071
Thunderbird 52.9.1

My wife's PC is old but still performs the tasks she requires. We both have the same version of Thunderbird, which is configured the same for both of us. Only our E-mail addresses are different, but the domain is the same (rossde.com).

I do not have the problem she is having. When she tries to get her E-mail, AVG throws up an error popup about a server certificate being invalid.



NOTE: I will also be in contact with my E-mail host ISP about this.
