Cannot contact AVG

I have had an email from AVG regarding billing about to take place. I wish to cancel but I am unable to contact AVG online chat and my subscriptions page is 'empty' so I cannot unsubscribe as suggested on the website. I am unable to to call as my work unenvironment will not support phone calls. I need an email address or text number to sort this out.  Thanks

I too have had £49.99 taken from my UK bank account on 11 March 2022.  I have NO subscriptions and cancelled my account with AVG 2 years ago.  I have today spoken with an American Support lady by the name of Uuinalyn who advised me to telephone the UK Group on 1-800-652-4940.  I just rang this number and it is not a true number and immediately disconnects without even ringing.  I am very cross now as AVG has the audacity to take money from my bank account, without ANY advance warning, when I DO NOT have ANY subscriptions with AVG.  PLEASE
