a online customer chat operator from norton anti virus tried to do this via the links and could not remove it and said i needed to contact AVG and thats what im trying to do ,as i have said all efforts to remove this have failed and needs to be done by AVG by connecting to my computer but i dont know if this can be done its so frustrating as the contact form wont accept my details to start a online chat so im stuck in limbo.

how on earth do you contact this company i am trying to remove AVG off my computer me and several I.T. literate friends have tried to uninstall this product to no avail, and i cannot contacy technical support as i cannot provide the details they are asking for, i need them to remoteley remove this off my computer, but i cannot make human contact or live chat can anyone help please.
