Hi,

I have 4 files in quarantine and I'm unable to delete them as it says I don't have permission. Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

Thank you for the screenshot.
You are on right folder but need to follow the steps as mentioned in this article: https://support.apple.com/kb/ph25287?locale=en_US to set permission for AVG Antivirus folder.
Follow the steps as mentioned in the above article and set it as "Read & Write" for AVG Antivirus folder.
Keep us informed about the status.

The last screenshot we received is related to AVG App. We request you to check the permission for the below folder:  /Library/Application Support/AVGAntivirus/config/chest-data
