I have been in contact with AVG weeks ago who promised to come back to me and have not, been onto customer services countless times and no further forward. I used to be able to go into show hidden icons and select AVG and move the slider to off. When I do this I get a box come up saying you are trying to disable AVG but with no options to do anything and to get out of the box you press any key and your back to square one. A couple of the customer care agents have tried to help but all they say is they have raised a ticket and someone will get back to me. Running up to date Windows 10. My ticket number is 11017977. Any ideas as if I cannot sort this I will not renew my products which are up this month.

Since we did not receive a response, the ticket got closed automatically.
