Cannot download AVG Free

I used to run AVG Free perfectly on this 32-bit PC. When I upgraded to windows 10 I was told to uninstall then reinstall AVG free. Now every time I try to download AVG Free I receive the following message:
"Missing Setup Content file. (0xE001F949)"
How can I sort this?​​
